Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using HVAC·AI (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law, transmit spam or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, or scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Trials automatically expire at the end of the trial period unless you add a payment method. Refunds are not offered for partial periods.

5. Data ownership

You own all data you input into the Service. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as needed to operate the Service or as required by law.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HVAC·AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will cease and your data will be deleted after 90 days.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
